Connect to emulator

How could i connect to emulator from ActiveSync without using VS.net, so i
could install programs on it?
Thanks in advanse..
 
Set a shared folder on the PC and use the file browser. Pull down the CAB
and run it.

If you have the Windows Mobile 5 SDK and emulators installed, you can
use the Device Emulator Manager to "Cradle" the emulator, which will
connect it directly to ActiveSync. On my computer this is installed in:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Device Emulator\1.0\dvcemumanager.exe

I use it all the time and it's really nice!
