I would like to link letters sent by snail mail and made with MSWord or
invoices made with Excel to a BCM account.

Is there a way to customize the Ribbon or to add a "Link to..." BCM button ?

Thanks fo your help.

The easiest way to link is from the Business Contacts or Accounts view.
Right click on the contact, choose Create, New Linked File for Business
Contact, then browse to the file on your hard drive and select it. You'll
then see it in Communication History.

If you go to the BCM Team Blog, there is some VBA macro code there that puts
a button on your toolbar to add a Note or create a Marketing Campaign. You
could modify that to link a file and then have a button on the toolbar to do
it. That's Plan B.

HTH,
Lon
