Connect Excel and Access - possible?

I have made an Excel sheet that makes some calculations. One important field in the excel sheet, is the same as one in the access db. So, I can manually write the value of the access field into the excel field, but it would have been much easier if there was any possibility to make this happen automatically

You can link to the spreadsheet as a table in ACCESS. Then you can use the
spreadsheet just as if it were a table -- you can run queries using it, you
can open recordsets based on it, etc.

Alternatively you can link an access query (or table) into the Excel Spreadsheet ..

In Excel ... File Menu

Data -> Import External Data -> New Database Quer
