If you are running in a domain, maybe someone is running admin scripts on
your machine. You just have to live with it or get out of the domain.
If you recently installed some software, maybe it is due to things that the
software is doing.
Otherwise, you may have some trojan/spyware running on your system, and when
you remove those trojans/spyware this may stop.
