Congressional Database

I don't know exactly where to look for this information, so thought
I'd turn back to the experts here (you folks seem to always be the
best source of information!). I am wondering if anyone has ever put
together a database of members of congress (and their contact
information) that might be available as Outlook vCards or importable
records. I would love to have the information available without
typing each member into my database individually, but haven't been
successful finding it anywhere. Any thoughts?
