He our man from Leicestshire who's just walked the entire length of The Amazon river.

The news article I've linked to was the first I'd heard about his trek. Which is a shame as I'd have liked to have followed his progress over the 2.5 years it took him to complete.

Very impressed with Ed's feat, inspirational and heartwarming

I have walked the entire length of the River Tees but it is a wee bit shorter than the Amazon.

Was he a regular on PCR before he disappeared into the jungle?
