Maybe ask those that had access to your account what they changed the

Create a bootable CD with the .iso file you download by burning as an image,
not as data. Boot with it and change your password back.

But if I were you, I'd consider backing up my data and doing a clean install
of Windows because who knows what the "someone" did to your machine.
