ihave a vista programme on a recently purchased comp but cant get e-mails to
be sent via my service provider any clues as to how i check i have been
giving the right details
 
Check with your ISP (Internet Service Provider). They usually
have detailed instructions on their website.
If you get an error message, right-click on it, copy, then paste
it into a reply here.

If your service provider doesn't have instructions for setting up Windows
Mail, follow their instructions for Outlook Express.
