I haven't had any major problems installations or changes to my system. I
sense that the email server STMP is the isse but question recent download
updates.
It appears or seems that any file made with Windows Media Audio/Video format
won't send. Sizes are between 1.0 MB and 5.0 mb. I've adjusted the time out
on my server in outlook express to 5 minutes yet it still won't send.

I have also turned off all antivirus programs to see if they were blocking.
Scanned the files various times for malicous attachments. The sever staff
wonder if the file is too large. Don't understand when I've sent larger file
previous to this.

3.0 MB .mov file transfers OK. No hesitation. Play ok on the attachment
too.

I found a new Properties feature on Windows media files. Stating it may be
malicious from another computer. I've played this without click this prior
but have clicked on "unblock" and tried to email the file.

Any suggestion why only my windows media files won't transfer as an
attachment?

Nope they're not. They were at a loss also.
I've been having difficulty with the account setting server timeout holding
it setting. Even after I have clicked Apply and OK.

It seems to be locked at 1.5 minutes.

We cleaned my server's mailbox out as suggested by the ISP. That has
worked. I'm awaiting either a reason why my server timeout won't increase or
decrease for that matter. We've beeen wanting to set it to 5 minutes the
maximum.

File size and format isn't a problem.
