R Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] Apr 25, 2007 #2 Not sure what this has to do with Contacts. Have you asked Norton? We have no idea what Systemworks is nor which of its features you are using. Norton is notorious for disabling communications with its firewall and email scanning features.
