I have on more than one occasion seen a popup that says on the top "blocked"
but the message within says that it has been allowed.
Specifically, this happens when it refers to shell32.dll.
Where can I go to report this and have the creators take note?

Reporting here is the mechanism available--thanks for taking the time to do
so.

I believe that Microsoft is aware of this specific issue--it'd be helpful if
you are able to reproduce it at will--to have you re-check this issue when
beta2 is released, which we expect to happen in the next month and a half or
less.

If any specific bug seen with beta1 is still evident when beta2 is released,
we'll need to get good feedback, with reproduction steps, to Microsoft asap.

Thanks - I've been avoiding reading that thread, 'cause I don't think I know
anything about the subject matter. Probably still true, but I'll look.
