Conflicting IRQ's?

Windows reboots on my often and with having loaded all
recent drivers only problem I can find (since I get no
error msg)is that my Network card and a sound device
share same IRQ's. Anyone know how to fix this?

Assuming these are both PCI devices then sharing the same IRQ is not a
problem like it was back in the olden days. If you want to try and change
it anyway, if you look in the properties of the device in Device Manager you
may be able to change it there. Before going down that path I'd just pull
one of the cards and see if the problem still happens.

Are they both onboard? (Try assigning them different IRQ's in BIOS)

Are they /one or both/ a PCI card? (Check your motherboard manual, most will
list a chart showing which PCI slots share IRQ's with each other. Perhaps
move one card to another PCI slot that doesnt share. You can even sometimes
in BIOS, assign which PCI slot uses which IRQ).

To make absolute sure, disable in BIOS(or uninstall your sound card).
Uninstall the drivers. See if your PC still randomly re-boots.
