Wierd problem that I have never seen before. When ever
someone dials into our RAS server, the Ras interface picks
up an additional IP address. Now this Ras server will
have two IP address and it starts getting an event 4319
error which states that there are more then one computer
on the network with the same name. Does anyone know how
to fix this problem?

Thanks for the help!

When a machine acts as a RAS or VPN server, it must acquire a second IP
address for the "internal" interface (ie the server end of the
point-to-point link).

To prevent this from registering with DNS and/or WINS, see MS KB
292822.
