Conflict between Outlook 2003 and IE7

Since installing IE7 I cannot access Hotmail from Outlook 2003. I keep
getting a login in to server message and duly enter my hotmail account
details which aren't accepted. Access to Hotmail via the internet isn't a
problem and the above used to work with IE6 - any ideas?
 
Reinstall IE 6? Really, there are still problems with the beta so I would
just wait until it is released to the web to try it again.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, GC asked:

Are you running IE7 Beta or IE7 RC1?
 
I'm running RC1 and this Outlook2003/IE7 issue still exists in this release.

Quite annoying.
