Sometimes I write a message to be sent some days later using "Options -> Do not
send before".

However, when that day comes, it can happens I need to change part of its
content.
So, I would like Outlook asking me to confirm if it is indeed to send it or not.

I did not find this option.
Is it possible?

Thanks,

Santistas

No, you would need to set a reminder or flag to remind yourself. Outlook
does not "second guess" you by default.

Thanks,

I never used flagged message before.
I have Outlook with the option "send automatic" checked.
I created some flagged messages (call, do not forward, follow up, review).
When the "due time" came, all they were sent without any signal.
I read Help and it didn't help much to understand how this works.

Sorry, about this silly question: could you please help me once more?

I find it bizarre, nobody in this list can help me using flagged messages...

Outlook fires reminders only for messages in your Inbox. If you want them
also to fire for messages in your Sent Items folder, you'll need to use a
utility from http://www.slovaktech.com

Or, did I misunderstand your question?
