I am sending a powerpoint slideshow to client. I would
like the slideshow to open and automaticly run when the
file is opened. How do I configur slideshow to run
automaticly when the file is opened. The slideshow now
runs in auto if the file is open and I click on the
slideshow botton. I have gotten that far. Can I embed a
micro? or is their a better way? I tried checking the
browsed at kiosk under slideshow set-up, it didn't work.

Thanks for any help

Simplest solution: Change the extension on the file to "pps" instead of
"ppt". You can do this two different ways. Either do a save as from
PowerPoint and select "Show" or in Windows Explorer change the extension via
a rename.

There is no difference between a pps and a ppt other than how the file
associations are set up to open them.

Hope this helps!
