Configuring Outlook Contact for Faxing

Hi,

I am using Microsoft Exchange 2000 and GFI FaxMaker. To send a fax,
enter "[fax:Person@Company@Number]" in the To field of a new mai
item.

I am trying to make life easier for my people by making outloo
automatically generate this string so that I don't have to educat
everybody!

I have noticed that when you use the "Business Fax" element of a
Outlook contact, Outlook automatically generates "[fax:Person@Number]"
I want all of my faxes to leave the company with the company name i
this generated string also.

Is it possible to configure outlook so that when you select a fa
number, the name, company, and number are automatically entered in th
relevant format?

Any help would be so great!
