Configuring outlook calendar for two computers

Hi All,

Ours is a small office of two networked computers. How do
we configure Outlook so that we can enter appointments in
the calendar, and be able to see them from either
computer? (ie front desk can enter an appointment, and the
boss can see that appointment on her computer, and vice
versa)

Realise more information is needed with regard to our
problem.

We are running Outlook2000 and WindowsXP Professional. We
are not on an exchange.

Any help most appreciated.
