Configuring OE 2k3 for sending a mail at a later time ?

hello,

I'm trying to see if there is a way of sending a mail at a later time after
composing instead of sending rightaway. Once I compose a mail, i should be
able to send the mail at a specific time.

Say for example, if i composed a mail at 6pm, which is after office working
hours, then I want the mail to be sent the next day at 9am or later. Is that
possible???

I browsed the internet and found this link but it has been of no help for

My OS is XP/SP2, Outlook Express 2003/SP3.

I stand corrected for using the wrong word OE 2k3 instead of Outlook 2003,
and Outlook 2003/SP3
 
With your new email ready, click on the "Options" button. In the window,
there is an option for "Do not deliver before"...

thanks for the reply. I did as told. But the mail went and sat in the
personal folders'/outbox subfolder. It didnt' get triggered off at the
prescribed time. say 8:30pm. Even when I refreshed send/receive button many
times.

I configured my outlook to Hotmail account, has this got anything to do with
the mail not being sent on time???
 
ok its working now. Dont know I deleted the previous one, as I set expiry
option also on the earlier test mail. I guess that must have been the reason.
Now i tried another mail, without the expiry option and it went thru.

When composing your message, click View>Options. There will be a checkbox
there that allows you to delay the sending. If you are using a POP or IMAP
account, you will need to keep Outlook running so that it can send the
message when the delay expires.
