configuring microsoft office

I was given a laptop by a former employer and now when I try to use outook
2000 I can't even open it. I get an error staing "This information servce
has not been configured. Selectan existin file to configure or type the name
of a new fie to create." It then looks in my outlook file and shows meone
..pst file amed after me. I do not w what to do next.

Use Control Panel's Mail applet to reconfigure the mail profile to remove
the Exchange account and add one appropriate to your current situation.
