Configure Windows Mail for Outlook?

My brother (novice) gets his email through AOL. Can Windows mail be
configured to get his mail? Does anyone know the settings for AOL?

The AOL IMAP and SMTP server addresses are:

* imap.aol.com (port 143)
* smtp.aol.com (port 587)
