Configure using Program?

Hello,
I need to get Microsoft AntiSpyware running on all our
computers. I figured out how to push it out using a batch
script to all the computers. The trouble is we want to be
able to configure how it runs on everyone's computers
without each user having to go into the wizard. Is there a
way to do this programmatically?
