Configure for Exchange & Dial-up?

I am totally confused. My company uses Exchange server and
when I'm connected to my LAN at work, I've set up sub-
folders under the Inbox and have filed my emails there.
However, from home, I cannot hook up to exchanges server,
but was told to use Web Access which is a POP3(?) method
of getting mail? Anyway, I use dial-up at home and
apparently, a different interface of Outlook is presented
to me when I go there using IE6, with little allowance for
me to set up sub folders, etc. So I set up the Outlook
program on my computer to dial into this Web Access page
and it does, and it downloads my mail, but all the sub-
folders I've set up and all the old emails I've saved on
my work LAN don't show up this way. How can I get
the "two" different Outlooks to sync up? Thanks.

Web access is *not* POP3. I really have no idea what you are doing - unless
you are using PSTs at work for old mail. Outlook can only see what's in your
exchange mailbox, not any PST you might use.
