I've a winNT4 server with a proxi server for the Inetrnet adsl sharing class 192.168.10.x
I've a client 2000pro with a double lan, one class 192.168.10.x for the connection to the workgroup and proxi, and one class 192.168.0.x for the connection to another workgroup
This the question: I want to permit to the group class 192.168.0.x the Internet access through the proxi (now not working), but the file access only to the win2000pro with the double lan (now working)
Thank for any idea.

The two subnets must be connected with a router and not your 2000pro
machine. There is more to do after that, but until you get that far you are
wasting your time.

So I must connect the second workgroup with a router to the first
but in this case I'm going to agree the possibility of viewing the sharing folders of the first to the second. I don't want this I want that only one pc of the first workgroup is visible for the second workgroup and this second must be able to use the proxi of the first for the internet

Workgroups and subnets have no relationship to each other. You can run two
subnets,...you can *not* run two workgroups. The Workgroup name must match
on *all* machines,...meaning you only have one workgroup. Workgroups are
not Domains, there are no "trusts" established between Workgroups.
