configuration outlook for ppc

How can i configure outlook so i can synchronise calendar and contacts with
ppc.
Those 2 items are not synchr.
In vista i am repeatedly suggested to configure outlook; how?

Posts have suggested that synching with Vista and PPC (any version) is still
a work in progress.
