Are you referring to the Microsoft program that verifies installation of
Hotfixes? If so, the download you want is Qfecheck.exe.
Go to: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx
Enter 282784 in the search box. Knowledge Base Article 282784 contains
links to download the installation file for Qfecheck.exe and directions for
its use.
