Mike

I installed windows xp home edition on my laptop. After I
start my computer, the only icon on the desk top is the
recycle bin. I have the task bar and all my programs are
in the start menu. No big deal, the question I have is, I
when I put in the wireless card in and open the utility
program I get a message that reads You are in "Windows
Config" mode. I am not sure what this means and this one
reason why I do not any icons on my deaktop???? I am
using a Blitzz wireless notebook card and a wireless
router. I am on the laptop right now. Is this normal to
be in Windows Config mode??

Thanks, Mike

This has to do with the wireless card. Check the manual to learn more.
Also, found a document here that explains some of the different modes:
