config files

Since asp.net and windows apps can uave config files, can dlls have them as
well? and if they can, how do you associate a dll with one if it's in the
gac?

Dll's cant have it directly, it will use the config file of the program that
loaded the dll.

Not out of the box, but you can always use a third-party config file
component to handle this situation, such as:
