Conditional Programming

I am new to Access and am interested in how I can set up
some conditional programming within my form. I would like
one field to determine the offering of another field.

field A: ISBN or 999

field B: 0739812345 (ISBN), 9993984398 (9999),
0763584398 (ISBN), 9993974626 (999)

If I were to select ISBN in field A I want to the user
only see the ISBN offering in field B. I have the
contents of field B in a table with just the numbers and
designations. Is there a tutorial? Someone pointed me
to the Northwind database, but I have no idea where to
look or what I am looking at.
