You don't do conditional formatting on table, Just report and form objects.
You should not allow users to see or use tables directly anyway. They should
see only forms and reports.

I would only do that for my standard billing rate. Not that I don't want to
help, but it is better for others who may be reading posts looking for a
similar answer to use the discussion groups. And, because I make my living
