How to highlight one cell based on a range of cells?
For example, I want to highlight cell B3 when any cell D3:Z3 = B3+5000

How about highlighting if it is >= B3+5000?

formula is:

=ISNUMBER(MATCH(B3+5000,D3:Z3,0))
