What is the criteria to make the row yellow?
Let's assume you wish to color the row if the Record's [CompanyName]
field is for "Jones Co."
Open the form in Design View.
Click on the control that will display the company name.
Click on Format + Conditional Formatting
Set Condition1 to:
Value is
in the next box select
equal
In the next box write:
"Jones Co."
Select the Yellow color.
Click OK
Next, select each of the other controls of that record.
Click on Format + Conditional Formatting
Set Condition1 to
Expression Is
In the next box write
[CompanyName] = "Jones Co."
Select the color.
Click OK.
Make sure the BackStyle property for each control is set to Normal.
