If your invoices are arranged like this:

A B C D E
1 Company Jan Feb Mar Apr
2 ABC 400 800 200 350
3 XYZ 300 400 600 700

And you want to highlight cells C2 (+400) and D3 (+200):

1. Select cells C2:E3
2. Choose Format>Conditional Formatting
3. From the first dropdown, choose Formula Is
4. In the text box, type a formula that refers to the active cell:
=C2-B2>=200
5. Click Format, and choose a colour for highlighting
6. Click OK, click OK
