Hi

I am having problems with conditional formatting on an
access 2000 report, where I am trying to show any values
which are negative figures in red. I have specified in the
conditional formatting menu that I want any values less
than 0 to be in red..but negative figures still appear in
black. when I specify less than or equal to, only figures
which are exactly 0 , appear in red.

Can anyone help please?>??

Regards

You don't need to use Conditional Formatting for this.
Simple write:
#.00 [Black];-#.00 [Red]; .00 [Black]
in the control's Format property line.

I've formatted the above to show 2 decimals. You don't need that if
you don't want it.

See
Format Property + Numbers and Currency datatypes
in Access Help.
