Conditional Formatting multiple fields based on data in one field

Per Microsoft article HA102081331033.aspx, a user should be able to select a
field to apply the condition to and then select other fields utilizing the
"shift" key and the same format will be applied to those fields. The article
also indicates that the Condition 1 field has the option of "field has
focus". On my Access 2007, the command sequence does not work and I do not
have the option of "field has focus". Has anyone else been able to do this.

That article states:
"When you position the cursor in a control on a form, either by clicking the
control or by advancing to it by using the TAB key, that control is said to
have the focus."

Note "control on a form" rather than "control on a form or report".
