Conditional Formating

Good morning to everyone.

Does anyone know if Conditional Formating have an issue
in the charts?

i have make text boxes which bring values from another
sheet and i want to show the figures inside as green when
i have an improve or red if i have damage.

Any suggestions?


Ps I am using EXCEL XP edition
