Conditional Format Problem

This is the statement I have in my conditional format
=COUNTIF($A$4,"2")
If the number 2 is entered the cell turns brown. Can I add a "I
statement? If "2" then "Usual Login".

Not sure how to write this.

I'm not sure what you're asking for, exactly, but a conditional format
can't change the value in the cell, only the formatting.

what are you trying to achieve?
Note: Conditional format can only change formats you can't use it to
change the cell's value
