Conditional Drop Down Lists

How do I make a drop down list conditional on the results of a previous drop down list? For example: I see web pages where you select “Make of Carâ€, then the next list is populated only with the models from the “Make†you selected. I know how to do the first one, I don’t know how to make the second list.
