condensing and expanding Favorites

For some reason, my Favorites view is displaying the entire dropdown list,
instead of the way they used to display, with only the most recently or
frequently used items displaying in a much shorter dropdown list. .How do I
instruct it to go back to this condensed type Favorites/Folders items??

YUP! Thats got it I searched for hours looking for this little switch,
to shorten my favorites to manageable levels. But it took you to clue me
in, and remind me what it was. Thanks much. I have so many folders in
Favorites that its really impossible to use without shortening the list to
this much more manageable level.. thanks again.
