I need help!!

I can't install the driver through their cd or their website.

Any ideas?

Thanks, I already went to their site. I guess contacting them directly is
what you are suggesting? I've done that twice already. I'll wait to see
what they say.

Did you scroll to the bottom of the Software support page and read the XP USB specs?
