I posed this question differently a while ago, and didn't
get an answer. I've narrowed it down a little, now. I
have an old worksheet (working in Excel 2002, NOW) that
is NOT concatenating correctly. If I copy the worksheet,
AS IS, to a new workbook, the formulas WORK correctly.
Does anyone know if this is some problem from converting
from older versions of Excel (any fix?), or if this may
just have to do with some setting I don't know about?
Here's what's happening:
N128: 06/01/2013
o128: =CONCATENATE(">",N128)
result: #VALUE!
p128: =">"&N128
result: #VALUE
When I copy all of the worksheet to a brand new workbook,
I get the correct results in both o128 and p128 (>41426).
