Is it possible to use the result of the concatenation of the contents of a
number of cells to use as a link to a cell in an unopened worksheet (in
2003)?
I've managed to do it with the Indirect() function, but the workbook has to
be open for the contents to be viewable. I need a way to do what Indirect
does but by concatenation so that the linked to workbooks don't need to be
open.
I've checked that the concatenation looks exactly like the string needed to
link to the unopened workbook, but it doesn't actually work - it just shows
the concatenated string value.
Thanks for any guidance,
Harry
