concatenated counts

I'm needing to count the instances of rows where 3
different conditions must be true. Two of the conditional
fields are text and the 3rd is a timestamp filed formated
as DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM.

I've tried the following =COUNT((A2:A82 = "E053434")*
(E2:E82 <"10/28/2003 0:01")*(F2:F82 >"66-ZT-5999"))
 
One possible way

=SUMPRODUCT((A2:A82 =
"E053434")*(E2:E85<"10/28/2003"+0)*(F2:F82="66-ZT-5999"))
