Concatenate Superscripts

Does anyone know how to get superscripts to carry over
when using the concatenate function?
For example:
in A1 there is a superscript but in A2 & A3 there isn't,
when using the concatenate the only option seems to be
all superscript or no superscript

Excel's formulas are not able to transport format information. They
return values only. So in your case the default format of the target
cell is applied to your result
