I changed my router, and some computers on the network don't see each
other. All connect to Internet fine. All computers are on the same
network. One computer does not see the network at all and two see each
other but get error that you don't have permission to access the
network. How can I fix this?

Check the firewalls on the systems that can't see the others. If the
change in the router also changed the subnets in use, by which I mean the
old router had an address range starting at, say, 192.168.0.1 and the new
one is, say, 192.168.1.1, the firewalls may think this is a foreign network
and block traffic.

I think that might be the problem, how do I change it?

That depends heavily on the firewalls you are using! If you have Norton or
Macafee installed, the process is different for each.
