Computers can see each other, but some can't access shared directories from others...

OK. Network of 3 computers, all different variants of Windows.

Computer 1 (\\Cjewell) - Windows XP SP1 with all Windows Update
patches.
Computer 2 (\\Micron) - Windows 2000 SP2 (no connection to Internet
since).
Computer 3 (\\CBottoms) - Windows 98 (not 98SE) SP1 with all Windows
Update patches.

Workgroup name is "PEARTREE" on all 3. They have TCP/IP (set to
198.162.55.#) and IPX installed, and NetBEUI is installed on #2 and
#3, so they all see each other in Network Neighborhood now, and they
all can ping each other.

The problems are ("share" meaning "shared directory"):

Viewing a share on \\Cjewell from \\CBottoms: "\\Cjewell is not
accessible / No permission to access resource"

Viewing a share on \\Cjewell from \\Micron: asks for a username and
password (I have username "Curtis" and no password set) then goes
"\\Cjewell is not accessible / Logon Failure: User account
restriction"

Viewing a share on \\Micron from \\CBottoms: asks for a password for
\\MICRON\IPC$.

The other 3 directions (viewing from \\Cjewell or viewing \\Cbottoms
from \\Micron) work just fine, but I'd like to get them all to work.
