How can we get rid of this person. There are posts all over the place
trying to sell their services.
Can't this a-mail address be filtered or removed?

What about the holiday in France guy? Spam happens. I'm sure it will be
dealt with in time :-)

We can't. Unfortunately spam is a fact of life. You can however, report
spammers to their ISPs.

You can certainly filter his address, or any address, locally. I see you're
using Outlook Express, which has the capability built-in. Click one of his
messages, then on the menu bar, click Message | Block Sender.
