I am novice to computer hardware! please help.
My system would abruptly shutdown like if you pull the plug off. when
I try to restart it by pulling the power plug and puttin it back in It
wont start for an hour or two. But I see the green led on at the power
button and the reset button. it still wont start even though the led's
are on. there is also a led glowing on the motherboard. I dont hear
any noise.

and after repeatedly pulling the plug and puttin the plug back in it
suddenly boots and stays on for a while and then dies again. when its
on I see the fan on the processor running, I dont see the fan which is
connected to the back of the box not running. is the fan on the box
supposed to run.
