Computer won't go into sleep mode...

Can anyone help with this problem please:
My computer won't go into sleep mode on my user profile, but will do so
if I change over to my daughter's profile...
The settings in Power Options are the same, is this a registry problem
perhaps?
Any help would be appreciated
 
You probably have something running in the background that your daughter
doesn't.
Look in task manager to try to determine it. If no help delete a few items
from startup until
sleep mode is successful.

I've checked my processes and my daughters. I have 54 on my side and only 25 on hers. Isn't that going to be a nightmare to remove one at a time to see if it helps?
