Computer won't boot

When I try to boot from the W2k installation CD it gets to "setup is
inspecting your computer's hardware configuration..." then goes no
further. I have checked the RAM with Memtest and it is ok. What else
should I check?

If it's a new build, check the jumpers on your hard disk
(master/slave/single drive)
